Oddities at iPhone country list
Something funny is going on with Apple’s iPhone 3G country list. On Wednesday I noticed Thailand dropped back from Available to Coming Soon while Indonesia suddenly showed up in Available next to India.  Today that list changed to reflect a more accurate status. iPhone 3G was launched in Thailand last week and rightly so it should be where it is right now, under Available and Indonesia...

Plumpang Explosion
At around 9 pm tonight, a tank at Pertamina gas depot at Plumpang North Jakarta exploded causing shockwaves around the area reaching at least as far as 300 meters which include the Gading Kirana housing estate. Residents nearby reported to Metro TV that the explosion felt like an earthquake.
